3 Simple Self Service Steps: Register, Create and Promote.

01 Register

As a site administrator, customize & white label with few clicks. Optionally, create other users as collaborators at your site, granting them access as Principal Investigators or Research Coordinators.

Note: If you can not find your preferred site network name in the list, please create a support ticket with your registered Site ID and Site Administrator email. One of our associates will be able to verify and add you to your preferred Site Network.

02 Create Study

All you need is NCT Number to auto create a Study on PatienTrials. It routes through default study sponsor for approval on the network when exists and auto creates the study with all the required information.

03 Promote Study

Check both Active and Promote flags to enable recruitment on Trials.me.

Note: Only IRB approved content must be published on trials.me, please verify with your Sponsor or CRO before promoting on trials.me

Prescreening and onboarding

Monitor virtual study prospects feed from trials.me on study prospects dashboard.

Validate and Pre-Screen process can be customized per study
